Outdoor Fitness Program

As part of the Fizeš Sports Centre in Legrad, an outdoor fitness program has been established, designed as a functional and well-equipped space for outdoor exercise, recreation, and active leisure time.

The fitness area is equipped with five different exercise machines that provide users with a variety of workout options while promoting the development of strength, endurance, mobility, and coordination. The installed equipment includes Double-sided large wheels, Double bench, Lat pulldown + Seated press, Double leg press, Runner, Stepper single, Triple twister. The combination of different machines enables exercises targeting various muscle groups, as well as individual workouts of different intensities.

The outdoor fitness program is intended for users of different ages and fitness levels, while the installed equipment makes it easy to incorporate physical activity into everyday life. The Fizeš Sports Centre thus provides an opportunity for outdoor recreation and exercise, whether through individual workouts or active time spent together with others.

The installation of the outdoor fitness program has further enriched the sports and recreational offering of the Fizeš Sports Centre in Legrad. The diverse equipment enables high-quality and functional outdoor exercise while encouraging movement, an active lifestyle, recreation, and care for physical health.
